Q: How do I shop online at Raw Supplements?
A: Finding the product to best suite you has never been easier, you can browse via our home page by hovering your cursor over the category, brand, goal, sport and gender sections to reveal a more detailed drop down menu. Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase add the quantity and select a flavour, then click “add to cart.” This will take you to the check-out, simply follow the on screen instructions from here. Should you have any queries please feel free to contact a member of staff on 02032 865007. Our expert staff will gladly assist you on all matters to include but not limited to product selection, product ordering, transactions, shipping etc.

Q: How do I register an account?
A: Simply click the “My Account” icon next to the search bar on the homepage to be directed to the “login or create account” page. Click the blue bar “create and account” and follow the instructions from here. Alternatively select the items you wish to order, go to your shopping cart and proceed with your order and when asked, click “register an account.”

Q. How do I read and use reviews?
Click on the supplement of you choice; then click the review tab to the right of the product image. From here you can enter you own review to help other members find the best supplements.

Q. What do you do with my personal details?
At Raw Supplements we promise to keep your personal details completely private and secure. We do not work with any other third party or give out your details to any other companies. We do however file your e-mail for newsletters and future correspondence.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
98% of deliveries currently reach our customers within just 48hrs; however please note our standard shipping service is a 1- 4 working day service.

Q. Is it secure to order online and will anyone see my card details?
It is 100% safe to shop with Once you've selected your products and entered your details you will be passed onto a secure server page to enter payment details. These details are immediately encrypted and processed. We do not manually process card details through a terminal, nor do we store card details on our server.

Q. What time of day will my order arrive?
All items shipped via Royal Mail will arrive at your regular postal time. Anything shipped with APC Overnight will arrive between the hours of 8am-5pm.

Q. Can I have it sent to my work address?
You certainly can! Alternatively you can request for your item to be left with a neighbour.

Q. Will someone need to sign for my consignment?
Yes, so please enter a shipping address where someone will be available. This can be a neighbour, a works address, or in fact just about anywhere within the UK Mainland for no extra cost.

Q. Can I specify a deliver day?
Sure, just email us at within 30 minutes of placing your order with both your order number and the date you wish to receive your order. Alternatively please call us on 02032 865007 within the same time limit. Please note specifying a delivery day can only be guaranteed from two working days onwards.

Q. What if my order gets damaged in the post?
Your order is fully insured. If you’re not 100% happy with you goods upon receipt then please inform us within 48 hours and provide an image. We will then replace your items upon return of the initial order.

Q. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Simply follow the link to the carriers tracking page found in the "Track My Order" section. This can be found at the bottom of our homepage. Enter you tracking number and/or postcode located in your "Shipment Email," this will reveal all details regarding the progress of your order.
