Shipping:

Team Raw have worked tirelessly to achieve a 100% on time shipping record to date! An accolade such as this hasn’t come without its challenges, however with customer satisfaction remaining at the forefront of everything we do, this is just a small example of why our customers buy from us.

We currently utilize two shipping methods using Royal Mail’s 1st Class Service for all things under 600g, and APC Overnight for orders greater than this. From time to time we may choose to make alterations, however please bear in mind any changes to our routine have been made to ensure you receive your order in the most timely method possible. In order for you to best determine how your order was shipped, please refer to your Shipping Email, which will include both the Carrier and Tracking Number.

Our standard shipping service is a 1- 4 working day service, however please rest assured the majority of all orders are received within just two working days. All orders shall be received during the hours of 8am-5pm and will require a signature, (if this causes any inconvenience please note we are also able to ship to business addresses). For this reason we ask that someone please be available to sign for your order unless previously arranged. If there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will leave a card. You can then phone them to arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.

All orders over £47.95 to the UK mainland: England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands are shipped for FREE! All other UK destinations to include Northern Ireland, The Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Guernsey (postcodes GY), and Jersey (postcodes JE) shall incur additional postage fees of £2.99 below 1kg and £9.99 thereafter.

Returns:

We appreciate that on rare occasions you may wish to exchange or return an item. Should this be the case your request shall be dealt with by our highly capable customer service team. We will require you to fill out a brief form for all returns and exchanges, this is obtainable by contacting us on support@rawsupplements.co.uk or by calls made to 02032 865007.

We will happily Refund or Exchange any item purchased on Raw Supplements.

Notification of returns or exchanges will need to be made within 14 days from the date of purchase, and items must be returned within 30 days.

All items returned for reason other than receipt of a faulty/incorrect product will be refunded less the initial shipping fee, postage paid on return shipping shall be incurred by the customer.

Postage paid on returning an item for exchange shall be incurred by us when collected by our chosen courier.

Returned goods must be unused and supplied in their original packaging.

All refunds will be made within 10 working days using the original payment method.
